Took over the development of 36 flats above a theatre as Development Manager on behalf of shareholders. Improved the standard and specification, introducing a world renowned interior designer to achieve record values per square foot for the area.
Acquired a former serviced office building for £3.4m with a pre-let to Sainsbury’s in place, this site was sold at the point of planning for £14.01m to a national house builder. The supermarket is now a Co-Op and all 36 flats have been sold on the open market.
Student Housing & Retail
Acquired a car showroom and MOT Garage with a pre-let to Sainsbury’s for £1.5m, sold with the benefit of planing for student housing above the supermarket for £5m.

Residential
A site consolidation brought together through the acquisition of three pieces of land to provide 56 houses and maisonettes with garden and garaging. Acquired for £7m and sold with the benefit of planning.
Acquired a manufacturing company for £10m, sold the operational business to a buyer in the same sector and kept the factory for redevelopment into a large student housing provision. Current GDV of £45m.
Residential & Mixed-use
Acquired the old Harrison Gibson Department Store for £7m and gained planning permission for a 30 storey tower and 300,000 feet of mixed commercial use. Sold at planning.
